I could take a bath in this purfume!! Beautiful

  2. Best patchouli ever 5 Star Review

Posted by on 21st Feb 2015

this fragrance is the king and queen of patchouli. it is a masterpiece.

  3. Don't let the opening fool you 5 Star Review

Posted by on 13th Feb 2015

Blast of incense, patchouli, & benzoin? resulting in an eye-watering very sharp camphor opening on me. Not to worry, the beast is soon tamed as a woody amber comes to the forefront turning the patchouli dark & earthy, the incense smoky and in the drydown adds a new dimension of a powdered chocolate with a hint of lovely white floral. Truly one of the best multi-dimensional patchouli fragrances I have ever come across!!

  4. Should Be Five Stars 4 Star Review

Posted by on 5th Feb 2015

Coromandel is a beautiful scent and should be five stars but the longevity is very poor. Only a few hours for me, so I had to knock off one star. I wish this was available in EDP but It wasn't last time that I checked.

  5. Chanel Exclusifs Disappoints Again 2 Star Review

Posted by on 27th Aug 2014

I had such hope for Coromandel....once again, the Exclusif line has been a disappointment. The scent fades almost as quickly as it starts yet what is left smells like pure vanilla. If you are searching for a beautiful perfume with the scents of white flowers, a bit of patchouli and oakmoss with the warmth of a touch of vanilla and hot linen I suggest purchasing the Coromandel perfume rather than the Exclusif.

  6. Absolutely amazing! 5 Star Review

Posted by on 22nd Jun 2014

This perfume is like the most refined, best quality Japanese joss stick incense! Definately not for the faint-hearted.
I'm from the generation that started burning incense in our homes everyday. So, I've smelled a lot of incense, good, bad, and horrible.
I'm intrigued by the other reviewers comments about this being spicy. To my nose, it's not there, it's not listed in the ingredients, either.
I would describe it as a warm, dry (not sweet) smoky wood, with lots of resinous notes. In other words, pure incense!
It's strong, and long lasting, just wonderful!
    Very unisex!
