Description

Estee Lauder Private Collection Tuberose Gardenia was created by Aerin Lauder, granddaughter of Estee Lauder. She honored her grandmother by creating Private Collection Tuberose Gardenia in 2007, two flowers that Estee enjoyed the most - gardenia and tuberose.  Other notes are orange flower, jasmine, white lily, neroli, lilac, rosewood, carnation and vanilla bourbon.

Estee Lauder Private Collection Tuberose Gardenia Reviews

Fragrantica: "Fresh, shady, cool, creamy white florals. The lilac is heavily indolic and fatty but very fresh. It smells like there’s nothing in this but every White flower in the world. This is all about big, white flowers and lace."

Fragrantica: " It is a white floral, it is all about the fleshy tuberose and dewy gardenia...White floral fragrances are very particular and not always for everyone but they are some of the most beautiful in the fragrance world."

    Favorite Summer Tuberose

This is my favorite summer tuberose. It's not as "loud" or indolic as Fracas and probably not as interesting as Carnal Flower, but it is rich from beginning to end and avoids the headiness that sometimes gives me a literal headache. The gardenia is more prominent in the drydown, which makes it feel more summery to me, and it's truly lovely. Longevity is moderate.

    Summer in the south

The tuberose tends to lead settling down to a true gardenia - like the bushes by my front door on a breezy evening. Lovely.

    Very pretty white floral.

It didn't smell chemical-y to me, nor did it have as lot of gardenia. I'm mainly getting a well-blended mix of white flowers. Pretty, easy to wear; not sure it's that much different from many other mixed white florals out there.

    Flower concert

I like this particular rendition of two very distinct, glorious white flowers. It has done what few compositions do, and that is to accurately render(and include) the aroma of cut greens, sappy vegetal aspects alongside the fleshy, sensual and narcotic notes that exist in the flowers. It is also one of the few to not to exclude that strange incongruous note that lurks in the heart of Gardenia-mushroom! Give it a whiff!

    chemical smell

this did not smell like gardenia or tuberose-just smelled like concoction of chemicals- real disappointment
