Eau d'Ipanema is a citrus fruity floral fragrance that launched in 2016. It features top notes of pineapple, bergamot, red berries, mango and pink pepper; middle notes of orange blossom, Tunisian LMR* water, jasmine, freesia and neroli; and base notes of whipped cream, vanilla and musk.
A Lab on Fire’s Carlos Kusubayashi moved from Brazil to Japan at an early age so he didn’t have much of a memory of Brazil. Carlos was inspired to work on an Ipanema-related fragrance after a chance encounter with Jean-Marc Chaillan at a party where he learned that the perfumer lived and worked for years in Brazil. Eau d'Ipanema is an eau de parfum, edp.
