Description

The five fragrances from the Collection Orient were created as a result of trips taken by the founders of Atelier Cologne to Asia and the Middle East. The fragrances were inspired by the region's natural beauty, people and customs, and particularly the most precious raw materials.

Tobacco blossom is the inspiration for Tobacco Nuit. It features top notes of Italian clementine, Russian coriander and Indian cumin; middle notes of Turkey tobacco flower, Eyptian labdanum and Samarkand incense; and base notes of Indonesian patchouli, Atlas cedarwood and Brazilian tonka bean. Tobacco Nuit is a cologne absolue concentrated at 20% to create a pure perfume.

For the first 30 minutes this cologne was the Sixties in a bottle -- incense, tobacco, and patchouli with a touch of spice. But on me it's like Jimi and Janis. Gone too soon. It quickly became a pallid mix of tobacco and coriander that simply grew fainter as time passed. I did three tests and consistently got only 4 hours of life, the last two of which were just skin scent. A bold unisex scent, but ultimately disappointing.
