Gorilla Perfume at Lush was formed to showcase the perfumes of Mark and Simon Constantine.
Breath of God was created in 2010 by Simon Constantine. It is a unisex oriental woody fragrance that actually came about from two individual fragrances - Inhale and Exhale - which were inspired by the fresh clear air of the mountains in Tibet and the smoky scents that eminated from the Tibetan temples. Inhale is a light melony fragrance while Exhale is a deep, smoky incense. Combining these two together created Breath of God.
Tania Sanchez, co-author of the acclaimed handbook Perfumes: The A-Z Guide gave it a rating of five stars (the highest accolade) and said: “Wearing it, I feel a sense of wonder that so late in the perfume game there still can be such profound invention.”
Breath of God features notes of Amalfi lemon, Virginia cedar, vetiver, rose, ylang-ylang, grapefruit, neroli, black pepper, incense, melon, juniper, sandalwood and cade. It is a vegan and cruelty-free eau de parfum, edp.
