Guerlain Champs-Elysées was launched in 1996, created by Jacques Guerlain and Jean-Paul guerlain. It was created for day and is a fruity-floral fragrance that gives tribute to the famed avenue that represents Paris's bright, elegant heritage and the women who inhabit it.
It features notes of lily of the valley, mimosa leaf, mimosa blossom, rose, almond blossom, blackcurrant, sandalwood, hibiscus seed and vanilla. This is the EDP version of the fragrances which excludes more of the luxurious, rounded depth and warmth we know from the Guerlinade signature.
From Basenotes - "Again the opening of this fragrance is so ordinary, but, an hour later it absolutely blossomed. I kept smelling my wrist thinking,Wow, how did I miss this before!! I fell in love. I am not a floral or fruity fragrance gal but I really love the heart notes on this one. About 2 to 3 hours later, the Guerlainade started to come out."
From Influenster - "This perfume smells like a sweet, pink champagne to me: bright, beautiful, bubbly. This is an instant mood booster, especially wonderful when the day is dark, grey, and cold. I've worn this one and off for over a decade!"
