Jo Malone Elderflower Cordial is part of the Summer 2021 The Brits: Marmalade Collection. Originally a part of the 2011 Sugar & Spice collection, it was created by Christine Nagel and has notes of gooseberry, lychee and elderflower. Updated in 2021, it takes its inspiration from the elderflower blooming on the hedgerows, adding in hawthorn and gooseberries. From the notes: "Delicate elderflower buds harvested from the hedgerows on a cloudless morning. The soft, powdery appeal of these tiny white flowers inspire a very British recipe. Their floral notes are complemented by hawthorn and mixed with the tartness of summer-green gooseberries."
