    Summery optimism

The Body Shop represented the height of luxury for me in the 90s. I wore a fragrance called Leap! which has long been discontinued. Some recent googling revealed that it had likely been a dupe of Mimosa Pour Moi. And here it is! A light, easygoing floral that reminds me of my younger self while not smelling ridiculous, as if I had doused myself with Love’s Baby Soft. I’m so happy to have found it.

    Mimosa Cucumber

Straightforward watery and buttery mimosa mingles with cold-cream cucumber. I think this also smells like wet paper. Profoundly beautiful in a minimalist way.
