Ormonde Jayne Osmanthus was released in 2003, created by the owner of Ormonde Jayne, Linda Pilkington. Osmanthus is a native flowering tree from China. It smells bright and a little apricotty. Ormonde Jayne Osmanthus is a lush treatment of the osmanthus blossom, with incense and jasmine to plump it up more.
From EauMG - "Ormonde Jayne Osmanthus is a gilded, glimmering citrus floral. I view it like the sun setting over a tranquil body of water."
From Now Smell This - "it is also one of the most cheerful scents I know. It is fresh, exuberant, and like all of the Ormonde Jaynes, lush without ever coming close to heavy or cloying."
From Olfactoria's Travels - "A peek of carefree summer days and nights. A happiness-inducing, uplifting and invigorating perfume that acts as a cheerleader for summertime. Perfectly lovely, indeed."
