From Fragrantica: To me, Outremer Ocean smells like the gray sea waters of the Atlantic ocean on an overcast chilly autumn day. A metallic note reminds me of sunken ships washed up onshore. Salt is noticeable. The sea water note does not have a fishy smell to it at all. Oceane is a cold scent that is best sprayed lightly. Too many sprays create a dark bitterness. Lightly sprayed it's like a sea breeze on a cloudy day. Oceane lasts on my skin easily 8 hours, and longer on fabrics. Totally unisex, Oceane would be good layered with other marine scents to enhance salt and sea notes as well as improve their longevity.
