Moon Drops was released in 1970 which was the same year Prince Matchabelli released Cachet and Max Factor released Aquarius. It was considered a drugstore fragrance but with a much more expensive smell than you would expect. Moon Drops could be considered a chypre, a green floral, a spicy floral or even a floriental because it straddles all of these categories.
It is an intoxicating scent, spicy and mysterious and when it disappeared from the shelves many people were heartbroken.
Moon Drops has been discontinued.
This is the original concentrated cologne version of the fragrance. We are decanting from an unopened, still in its original box, bottle.
