I Couldn't Wait to Receive This!

This sampling was so fun because it containing perfumes that I absolutely loved and perfumes that made me want to run away. My #1 favorite was Pacifica Mexican Cocoa followed by Dior Hypnotic Poison Elixir. Maybe I'm just uncool, but M. Micallef Night Aoud and Montale Black Aoud turned me off and my LEAST favorite scent (that I couldn't even bear to keep) was Sonoma Scent Studio Fireside Intense. I wanted to like it because of the name, but I found it to be so harsh.

Variety is the spice of life...

...and these frags have a bit of spice. I especially enjoyed L'Artisan Passage d'Enfer (flashbacks to services in Greek Orthodox church) and Parfums d'Imperfection O Alquimista (bummed I cannot find this stateside). Fireside Intense was a bit too intense for my senses, but it did open me to the wonderful world of Sonoma Scent Studio. Pacifica Mexican Cocoa seemed like it didn't quite fit in with the others, and it smelled like a teenager's perfume with my chemistry. Many seemed that I would enjoy them on a male companion more than my own skin.
