Teo Cabanel

Teo Cabanel perfumes is an old perfume company, founded in Algiers in 1893.  It moved to Paris in 1908 and was patronized by the Duchess of Windsor. Some of their perfumes were Demoiselle de Paris, Frina, and Yasmina.

The founder of Teo Cabanel was a doctor and chemist. When he died, his daughter took over the company, which continued until she died.  Caroline Moncouqut bought the company and looked back at the perfumes that had once been made under the brand’s name and re-launched the French perfume company in 2005.  Hiring Jean-Francois Latty as the perfumer, he created four perfumes between 2005 and 2010 for Teo Cabanel – Alahine (2007), Julia (2005), Oha (2005), Meloe (2008) and Early Roses (2010).
