Tom Ford Vanille Fatale was released in 2018 as part of the Private Blend line of fragrances. Vanille Fatale is a soft, incensed vanilla, softer and more subtle than Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille. If you found Tobacco Vanille to be a big vanilla bomb that was just too, too much, then you could find Tom Ford Vanilla Fatale to be a perfect vanilla perfume for you. Vanilla spiced perfectly with coffee and incense. Just beautiful.
It has notes of saffron, coriander, myrrh, olibanum, vanilla, coffee, narcissus, frangipani, mahogany and suede.
From Influenster - "a daring mysterious vanilla scent. Like it's sister Tobacco Vanille, also from Tom Ford Private, it's got a nice unisex/ambiguous vibe; although I do think this one swings more fem. The coriander, plum & rum notes are what I think, make it a little more daring and interesting."
From Reddit - "There's a great myrrh and saffron combo deep down too. This isn't a gourmandy or heavy spicy fragrance. This is a weirdly light uplifting vanilla fragrance but is actually still projecting hard. My wife loves it but is currently walking a good 3 feet away from me because she said I'm a bit too strong."
From Perfume Posse - "It’s a little Le Labo Vanille, but not that ephemeral, has some of the best things about Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille in there, but holds back on slapping you in the face with the tobacco and vanilla. It is pretty much perfect, I can’t think of anything I would change in it. It is a wafting vanilla, not too heavy, balanced out beautifully by the incense and coffee. Not much makes me so happy as a well-done coffee note thrown in."
