Description

Boucheron was released in 1988, created by Francis Deleamont and Jean-Pierre Bethouart. Notes of basil, pelargonium, ylang-ylang, tuberose, daffodil, orange blossom, jasmine, civet, benzoin, woods, tonka bean, Indian vanilla, oakmoss, ambergris and musk. This is the EDP, eau de parfum.

Fragrantica: "It starts out as a huge floral, it's got the animalic touches that are kind of the fashion during this era. It's boldly sultry.
However, near the end of it's lifecycle, it's calming and cuddlesome. Very vanillic and musky."

    Deep and Sensual

    Boucheron is powerful in a very feminine way. I remember reading reviews before actually purchasing it at Bloomingdales on a trip years ago. One reviewer described it as cherries and leather. That intrigued me, so when I was able to try it, I fell in love. It is a scent of 100 love stories. It carries deep emotion and longing. It permeates that space in your mind that wishes to continue a dream. Now, years later, I am trying it for the first time again and it does not disappoint. It is enveloping and lasting. I love to wear it on a shopping spree, ice skating, horseback riding and walking on the beach. I believe Boucheron desires to be set free and dance with the wind. Boucheron is a free Spirit! Love it!

    I LOVE this perfume

    Boucheron is probably my favourite of the 40 or so fragrances I've been trialling lately (Still a newbie at fragrance). I think it's gorgeous, a beautiful floral with warm spicy notes, plenty of depth, it just smells good, good, good.
