Anthologie de Grans Crus is a French fragrance line by Remy Pulverail, a specialist in natural perfumery raw materials, who worked for 20 years at Charabot and Givaudan and created close working relationships with the suppliers of the world's finest fragrance materials. Like the “grands crus” or vintage crops of fine wines, these perfumes distinguish themselves by their superior natural ingredients. They are olfactively shaped by subtle differences due to variables including climate conditions during harvest; the stage of maturity in which crops are harvested; and carefully chosen methods of extraction for specific effects. A producer of raw materials is specified for each perfume and the crop is dated and geographically attached to the producers, hence this is a small-volume production and the results are an exceptional quality of raw materials that go into each fragrance. The word Millesime is a designation that means that the best crops from a particular year's harvest were used in the creation of the scent.
Ambre Stone de L'Atelier is a warm, cozy, sensual perfume. Using 5% aged grey amber (ambergris), all ingredients are sourced by Pulverail's L'Atelier Francais des Matieres. Notes of ambergris infusion, Indonesian patchouli oil, Egyptian jasmine absolute late crop, Moroccan neroli oil, Indian sandalwood oil, Italian bergamot oil late crop, make up this gorgeous eau de parfum, edp.
