B Never Too Busy to Be Beautiful was a sister company to Lush. It was started in 2003 and was available only in the United Kingdom. The stores have since closed and some of the fragrances are being produced by Gorilla Perfume at Lush as exclusive fragrances that are available only online. Currently Inhale and Exhale are out of stock. I'm not sure if there is any difference between the original B Never Too Busy fragrance and the one being manufactured by Lush however the notes that I have for the B Never Too Busy Exhale are sandalwood, patchouli and cade oil (a species of juniper that is native to Morocco and is known as juniper tar. It has a very strong smoky aroma). The notes for the Lush Exhale are vetiver, sandalwood, cedarwood and musk so it certainly seems that they would be two totally different fragrances.
The extremely popular (Luca Turin 5 star scent) Breath of God is made up of two blends, Inhale and Exhale. Exhale is the deeper half.
