Description

Burberry Body was released in 2011, composed by perfumer Michel Almairac with notes of fresh green absinthe, peach, freesia, roses, iris, sandalwood, cashmeran, musk, amber and vanilla. This is the EDP, eau de parfum.

Fragrantica - "Burberry Body is classy and sophisticated, but not stuffy or too mature. The woman that wears this fragrance has perfected the elevated white t-shirt and jeans combo. She probably wears a Celine bag and a statement coat. I had to overspray a bit more than normal to really get this to smell interesting on my skin. Once I did the peach really came out. The mid and base notes are all pretty solid and well rounded."

Fragrantica - "If youre looking for a peach fragrance, this isnt it. But if youre looking for something that gives a "im not wearing perfume I just smell good" fragrance then this could be something youd enjoy. This is definitely an at home or at the job fragrance."

    Hmm, Pine..?

    To me, this smells so much like a clean, fresh, dewy pine tree after a good rain. I think the woody notes mixed with the peach and wormwood are what's causing this, but man.. it's delightful. And perhaps because of pine association, I feel it's most appropriate in winter (or perhaps even spring, with the aforementioned dewiness). That said, I don't get much warmth from this one, either - To me, it's cool, crisp and refreshing. If I had an office job, this is exactly what I'd wear to work. It's pleasant, doesn't overpower, and isn't at all 'provocative' in my opinion.
