By Kilian Forbiden Games is from the In the Garden of Good and Evil collection which debuted in Fall of 2012. Revolving around the Myth of Original Sin, which has been used in art since caveman first drew on a wall, Kilian Hennessey takes a whack at the Garden of Eden, exploring decadence, sin, betrayal, and the never-ending tension between good and evil. Forbidden Games explores temptation, the one that leads to complete abandonment of what you thought you knew and believed. Opening with lush fruits, those that tempt you to come closer, then lead you into the floral piece of this perfume until you have succumbed to the embrace of vanilla, honey and opoponax. My, I need a fan to cool me off after writing that.
Kilian Hennessy launched By Kilian in 2007. Yup, the Cognac Hennessy, grandson to the founder of Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton Group, he followed his interest in scent, writing his thesis on the semantics of odors. After spending time with leading perfumers, he launched By Kilian with the Collection L'oeuvre Noire (Black Masterpiece) series. There are now 10 fragrances in that series. The over-the-top marketing copy drew a lot of criticism in the early part of his launch, but the gorgeous packaging - black lacquer boxes and black bottles - started to win us over, as did the artistry of the fragrances.
Fragrantica: "It's a warm, spicy peach scent with a dash of plum and rose. It doesn't smell like a fresh peach, but more like a peach cobbler filling with a hefty dose of cinnamon."
Fragrantica: "This is a very well blended fragrance,a combination of delicious fruits(not synthetic or sharp)soft florals, some spices in a warm honey-vanilla base"

Lots of peach and citrus and litchi. Sweet, but not bubblegummy. Like a fruity cocktail. its very oriented
This is big peach on me. It's going to be a summer party scent, when I thought it would be for fall. I've had others sample it, each gets something else. It's not a blind buy kind of scent.
