Chloe Nomade Nuit d'Egypte was launched in 2024. Created by Juliette Karagueuzoglou, it has notes of myrrh, cinnamon, ginger, orange blossom, kyphi, broom, vanilla, opoponax, cypriol oil (nagarmotha). This is an EDP, eau de parfum.
From the brand - "Embark on a new adventure with Nomade Nuit d’Égypte in the homeland of Chloé founder, Gaby Aghion. Reconnecting with Gaby’s roots, this modern and refined Eau de Parfum is an homage to Egypt, recognized as the birthplace of the first perfume known to humankind: kyphi.Composed by the perfumer Juliette Karagueuzoglou, Nomade Nuit d’Égypte reinterprets an age-old alchemical art with ingredients found in ancient recipes for kyphi. Myrrh appears from the very first breath, melding powerfully resinous accents with spiced notes of ginger, cinnamon and honeyed hues of broom flower nectar. Cypriol and opopanax then swathe the accord in their supremely round, balsamic and ambery notes."
Fragrantica - "This is wonderful. Not as smoky or potent as the notes would suggest, but it’s got a spicy and creamy smoothness to it. It’s very sweet, well blended and unexpected. A successful blind buy and my favourite out of the Nomade line."
Fragrantica - "I can say that as time goes on, there is a gorgeous mix of very heady incense, white florals and vanilla. It's absolutely lovely and not ordinary. And no, it doesn't smell like Nomade, but the sweeter notes are similar to the dates in the Naturelle."
