Coty Wild Spice for Men Cologne
Year Introduced: 2003 - Masculine
Notes: Oriental spices, exotic spices and sandalwood
I have not been able to find too much information for Wild Spice for Men. I did find a review on Basenotes which reads:
A misnomer - nothing really wild going on. A relaxed, comforting and almost soothing blend of cloves and mahogany furniture. An indoors-in-the-winter scent. One of the best cheapies I have smelled in a long time. Nice spicy (not strong) and smooth fragrance. A shame this one is discontinued. Worth more than the price. Has a nice aftershave vibe to it. Can basically be worn anytime. You get dry/woody, leathery, and sweet/vanillic elements to complement the spices. My favorite of Coty's surprisingly good but cheap "Wild" line. It's a very sweet, exotic-smelling sandalwood, in the family of Trumper's, AOS, or Chanel Egoiste. The counterpoint between the smoky Indian spice components and standard old Sweet Woods is very well-balanced here, so that it's neither off-puttingly exotic nor too dull and ordinary. Worn to be wild! – That’s what the box says, and who can argue with that? Wild Spice for Men is an uncomplicated and pleasant spicy fragrance. The box says it’s a “…mixture of bold clove, nutmeg, and thyme,” and I can agree with that. This fragrance is quite spicy and if you like spice, you will probably like this.
Wild Spice for Men has been discontinued.
We are decanting from an unopened original bottle of the cologne version of this fragrance.
