Description

Creed Queen of Silk was released in 2024. Inspired by the elegant feel of silk, it has notes of osmanthus, saffron, magnolia, passionfruit, tuberose, patchouli, agarwood (oud), myrrh, ambroxan, cedarwood, Madagascar vanilla, musk and incense. Creed Queen of Silk is an eau de parfum, edp.

From the brand - "Casting a hypnotic spell over all who encounter it, Queen of Silk emerges as a captivating new women’s perfume from Creed fragrances. Mirroring the coveted elegance of silk, this Eau de parfum delicately embraces the skin with a gossamer-like touch, leaving an enchanted aura that shimmers with luminous vibrancy. Inspired by the distant lands through which this precious fabric once journeyed, Creed’s Queen of Silk weaves together exotic whispers of Chinese osmanthus, decadent tuberose, and ethereal Javanese patchouli that dance seductively with cedar, agarwood, and the smoldering softness of Madagascan vanilla in a lingering, sensual testament to timeless refinement."

Reviews of Creed Queen of Silk

Fragrantica - "I got a sample of this from Neiman Marcus yesterday and there is something very compelling about this fragrance. The way the passion fruit plays with the saffron and tuberose is so unique and interesting. The passion fruit isn't overwhelming like in Erba Pura (which I love) and the tuberose isn't overly creamy, dense or matronly, as it can be sometimes. I don't perceive oud or patchouli at all, but the myrrh definitely stands out and gives it some depth. The vanilla provides a needed familiarity to make it feel less intimidating. I'm reminded of Jo Malone's Myrrh & Tonka, but with much more sophistication and sexiness."

Fragrantica - "The cedar and saffron jump out at me first thing. In the dry-down you get the floral and the incense, and it is just beautiful. It is everything Carmina hoped to be. When I initially sprayed, I thought it was a fall/winter fragrance but now I think fall/spring. I know sone people say summer but I live in the South and ain't no way, even with the gorgeous dry-down that I would hazard to wear this fragrance in the South's heat and humidity. All in all, I absolutely loved it!

Fragrantica - "it smells lovely but in the dry down it is reminiscent of a Tiziana Terenzi fragrance (Kirke) (Andromeda) with a mix of Kajal's Dahab as well. It was a bit musky to me. The fragrances mentioned above share a similar DNA starting with the passion fruit note. Longevity is good because I washed my hands and it was still giving off wafts. This is my personal experience with the QOS fragrance. She is not linear at all, quite multifaceted. QOS and Carmina are both beautiful and alluring boss ladies from the House of Creed"
