d'Annam Matcha Soft Serve was released in 2025. Created by Anh Ngo and IFF, it has notes of matcha, milk, waffle cone and vanilla. From the brand - "Even the clams keep their mouths shut in this heat - Matsuo Bashō."

D'Annam is a fragrance brand out of Vietnam. Their fragrance inspiration is the beautiful Vietnam countryside, culture and cities.

Fragrantica - "This is such a realistic green tea scent. At first it’s grass clippings that are astringent and green but that’s very short lived and morphs into a creamy milky very lightly sweetened matcha. The green is still there but it’s now rounded by milk. I do not get any waffle cone just milky matcha."

Fragrantica - "This was the scent I was most excited about when I ordered my discovery set, and it did not dissappoint! Super photorealistic matcha! It has that seaweed-y undertone in the beginning that really makes it feel real. Gives way to a little more nuttiness over time, but that astringent tea quality stays. I'm addicted to it."
