Fragrantica: “Isla Sirena surprised me. I suspect the coconut water is a big part of the appeal. It's lighter than the creamy coconut accords I typically dislike. Vanilla orchid gives it an airy, floral sweetness, while lime and sea salt add a sparkling, mineral-like freshness. I love salt in fragrance because it gives everything a savory quality, while the ginger adds a piney nuance. And then there's the banana— a note I hate in fragrance. Somehow it doesn't bother me here. I think the brown sugar saves Isla Sirena. It cuts through and anchors the fruity elements, rounding out the sweetness with a subtle caramelized richness and giving everything a more approachable, edible quality. Despite containing several elements I'd normally avoid, Isla Sirena comes together beautifully. It's refreshing, sweet, and unexpectedly addictive.”
Fragrantica: “Ooh, this is nice. Very nice! I wasn't completely convinced at first sniff, but as I let it bloom on my skin, I found myself sniffing my wrist throughout the day. Always a good sign. I love the clean lime, and the fruity notes are fresh and delicious. I definitely get banana, but thankfully it doesn't have that artificial, cloying quality that banana fragrances can sometimes have. It's juicy, tropical, and really easy to enjoy. This makes me think of beaches, cocktails served in coconuts, and dipping my toes into a glittering turquoise ocean. God, I need a holiday. I can absolutely picture myself wearing this somewhere tropical, preferably with a fun drink in my hand and absolutely nothing to worry about. The dry down is where this really wins me over. That brown sugar, vanilla and coconut combination is absolutely heavenly. Soft, creamy and delicious without becoming too heavy. I really thought my fiancé would go crazy for this one, but he said it was just okay and gave it an 8.5/10. I think I'll make him smell it again in a few hours and see if he changes his mind, because that's exactly what happened to me! *Sigh* Another bottle to save up for...”

The main star is the lime and coconut but it’s done in such a beautiful way with her other counterparts which give it that that tropical alluring enticing addition. When you spray it you want more. You’re curious. The perfect fabric is a beautiful silk lingerie or dress in the cool breeze. The perfect idea would be dancing under the stars with a cool breeze….perfect summer night, under the moonlit stars. I feel sexy, I feel mysterious when wearing this ….because you don’t know what you’re smelling. It makes you wonder, but in a good way. You notice it brings people closer to you. They wonder what you’re wearing because it smells so good and inviting. This scent produces a burst of dopamine. Try it! You will love it.”
Fragrantica: “I’m in love with Isla Sirena, one of the best summer fragrances for gourmand lovers. The composition is rounded coconut with citrus at the top and brown sugar base. If you like Capri in a Bottle by Kayali, there’s a good chance you’ll also enjoy Isla Sirena.”
Fragrantica: “The opening of Isla Sirena is a salty lime margarita with sugar on the rim. The coconut water comes in to add some freshness, and then the dry down is sweet and woody. I do pick up on the banana but it’s a very fleeting note. Projection is moderate. I think Ellis Brooklynn has really improved the longevity of their formula. I still over sprayed and I got eight hours of wear. Towards the end of those eight hours I did forget that I was wearing this, but I would flip my hair and I catch a whiff of the woody sweet base. Isla Sirena was not a love at first sniff, but it did grow into a love. I rated it a 8/10 because a lime and coconut water perfume is not that original but I really love this interpretation of that profile. I love how they took the base in a different direction. The brown sugar is really prominent, and it warms up on my skin beautifully. I think it also helps with longevity. I also really love he teakwood, which is my one of my favorite notes and can make this lean unisex. For layering combo suggestions that feel like summer; try Isla Sirena with BBW Coconut Lime Verbena and Mugler Alien Goddess.”
