When you think of a cold winter's night you think of cold air, the scent of evergreen and a waft of someone's fireplace or wood stove. If you are lucky enough to be around a Christmas market and can experience the smell of roasted chestnuts, candy, spices, winter fruits and hot chocolate, those festive scents just add to the ambiance.
