Reddit: “Initial Sniff - Super jammy sweet and almost candied blueberries. The blueberry constantly shifts between smelling like a bright blueberry lollipop to thick jam. It smells like half of a lemon has been squeezed over the tart, lending a bright juice. The thyme is very fresh and pops in and out lending a hint of interest, garden quality and depth. I believe this must be contributing to the blueberry note seeming to switch from candy to jam. The thyme almost makes me feel like this tart was made in a rustic way, jamie oliver style, in an outdoor garden kitchen. There's a salty quality which must be the buttery crust but I'm not getting an obvious crust or butter note yet. Drying down - The lemon note and candy quality to the blueberries is much more apparent. The crust note is almost gone and the scent has become much more simple with the dry down. This is a candy sweet jam with a tiny tiny hint of thyme and tons of lemon. A few hours later - Blueberry candy, less lemon. A little gremlin has eaten all of the crust, before coming back to scoop up the jam and leaving a cheeky pile of bright blue blueberry lollipops behind. If you're looking for a bakery note with blueberry this is more of a very sweet blueberry dominant sugar scent.”
