Reddit: This is an old favorite of mine because it is one of the first things I ever bought from them and from the indie world in general. In the bottle it is a woody mix of apple and vanilla, which is lovely but can seem a bit generic at first. Once I put on though, the sweet hay comes out and the old oak becomes stronger, giving more complexity to the apple-vanilla mix. After an hour or two, I have a scent that reminds me of the stable I used to work at in the fall, only missing the smell of horse hair and mud... Image: Fall air brings the smell of sweet hay into an old barn as you munch on an apple. Final Verdict: This has gotten better with age and is a fall staple for me. While in the bottle the notes may seem shallow, this turns into a beautiful fall scent on my skin and lasts most of the day with medium throw (a few feet around me). It can also be nice in the winter months on a crisper day.
Beauty on a Beer Budget: At first application this is super apple-scented, like crisp apples that you just bit into. As it dries, the apple scent mellows into a spicy cider and the hay/oak notes start to come out. After about 30 minutes, this is full on yummy, cozy cider.
