Description

Troika is a trinity of soft milks: almond, oat and coconut, lashed with sweet agave nectar and the ethereal scent of clean musk. It is an eau de parfum, edp.

HAUS OF GLOI NAG TROIKA REVIEWS

Reddit: Initial Sniff: "At the beginning, this registers as a sharp almond extract sweetened with a simple sugar syrup. There's a nutty alcohol like quality before I start smelling a fresh and wet coconut milk scent. This is quite cool smelling in the beginning. Drying Down: The milky quality to Troika blossoms with the dry down and the sharp, alcohol like quality is completely gone. The different milks of almond, oat and coconut (oat being more subtle) are creamy, milky, warm, nutty and comforting with just the right amount of sweetness that isn't overpowering. You can definitely smell the agave as it lends a nice warmth of sweetness that isn't too cloying like honey and more complex and less cool than sugar. There's a touch of a "clean" aspect to the fragrance but I wouldn't categorize this as a laundry or softener scent at all which initially is what kept me from trying out this scent. I would categorize this as a "cute" gourmand because it gives me this comforting fluffy feeling. To add: if you've ever tried an almond tofu dessert, this smells exactly like that to me. An hour or so later: This would be a perfect sleep scent as it doesn't project far (at least for me) and is never too strong or overpowering. I'm not sure if I've gone noseblind to this or there might be an issue with the oil perfume form, but this wears as extremely subtle for me on clothes, skin and hair. Overall, the focus of this scent isn't clean and fresh but instead a soft, warm, milky, nutty gourmand with great balance between all notes and a tiny tiny hint of freshness and clean white. Imagine stepping out of a shower and wrapping up in a fluffy robe while enjoying a warm nutty glass of perfectly sweetened milk."

Indie Scent Library: "It starts off really white and clean, then slowly fades down into a sweeter vanilla scent, but still staying fresh and clean. I don’t really get much almond or coconut milk, but I really like this. Nice relaxing scent, could be a good sleep scent?"
