Description

Imaginary Authors Bull's Blood was originally released in 2012, created by Josh Meyer, and then was re-released in 2023 as this second edition.  Notes of geranium, Spanish rose, patchouli, black musk, tobacco, sandalwood and Bull's Blood.

All of the Imaginary Authors have a story that accompanies them. Here is the story of Imaginary Authors Memoirs of a Trespasser from the Imaginary Authors website:  "The women and men in these pages are lovers and brawlers, bullfighters and boxers, soft talkers and hard drinkers. They inhabit dusty Spanish villages and dank, dark brothels. At the heart of these unforgettable characters is a determined and undying passion that pushes them to make extraordinary decisions in the face of fear. Their fates are varied but the outcome is always the same, these are stories that grip you by the throat and don’t let go until you profess your devotion. Seductive and steadfast, this classic is not for the faint of heart but for the full of heart.'"

Imaginary Authors Bull's Blood (2nd Edition) is an eau de parfum, edp.

Imaginary Authors Bull's Blood (2nd Edition) Reviews

Fragrantica - "I sprayed a sample and audibly gasped. It's bold, woody, so unique. A statement scent."

Fragrantica - "Strong presence of patchouli and rose, with a animalic, metallic, smoky twist that makes it more challenging. In the midst of this it does become sweetly floral as well. Some have overexaggerated (or maybe I just haven't worn it in warm enough weather) about it smelling like a barnyard massacre or something to that effect. I would say that while it is reminiscent of the high-strung energy of a matador show, especially with that metallic tinge - I honestly don't think that the average person would interpret it as particularly bloody without already having the perfume's name in mind."

Fragrantica - "Potent and visceral with an amazing dry down."
