Jousset Gourmand Bakhour was launched in 2020, created by Jimmy Bodin. An unusual (and little bit polarizing in reviews!) honeyed leather creamy gourmand. Notes of sugar, milk, honey, leather, caramel, bakhour, tonka, vanilla and chocolate. Jousset Gourmand Bakhour is an extrait.
From the brand - "The sweetness of childhood becomes the delicacies of today. The creamy and smoky fragrances combine to form the character of Gourmand Bakhoor. A soothing, warm scent to accentuate all of your unforgettable moments."
Fragrantica - "To me this is the most delicious, scrumptious, creamy, lactonic toffee scent. It’s milky, smooth, and super sweet. Imagine a thick and gooey caramel/toffee sauce poured over milky vanilla icecream. It’s exactly that! I actually do see similarities with buontalenti, except gourmand bukhoor is a more caramel and milky version of it. Also I detect zero incence, leather or smoke, so if you were worried about that, don’t be. It’s purely a toffee, caramelly milky scent."
Fragrantica - "Just a beautiful mix of gourmand and laconic notes. It’s very unique yet easy to wear. It’s sweet milky and smoky in the best way."
Fragrantica - "The drydown is a lovely soft leather, like the scent experience of unpacking a fresh new lamb skin handbag. Then, in this case, preceding to pour warm butter and caramel on the bag. It’s sweet but soft. "
