Veil is an Elemental Air botanical fragrance. Sweet resinous and meditative incense notes with amber, cedarwood and labdanum gum resin. In ancient times, labdanum resin was collected by combing the beards and thighs of goats and sheep that had grazed on cistus shrubs. The false beards worn by the pharaohs of ancient Egypt were made of goats hair, held together by labdanum. Veil is a perfume oil.
