All perfume samples are authentic fragrances that Surrender to Chance, Topeka, KS, has rebottled into smaller sample and decant sizes, repackaged and distributed. Surrender to Chance has no affiliation, connection or association with the manufacturers or brand owners of the perfumes.
In 2011 L'Artisan partnered with Sofitel Hotels to create 12 fragrances that were to be diffused in Sofitel branded hotels. In addition they also created interior fragrances and scented candles.
Bois d'Orient was created for the Sofitel Shanghai Sheshan. It is the scent of vetiver, cinnamon and nutmeg.
