Marc-Antoine Barrois Ganymede lands in the Woody Spicy fragrance group and can be worn by women or men. It was crafted in 2019 and I am still trying to figure out how we missed this one!!!! Just amazing!! The notes of this fragrance are saffron, Italian Mandarin, Chinese Osmanthus, immortelle, violet leaf, mineral notes, suede, Akigalawood, musk, cedar and patchouli.

Fragrantica - "When I first got this last year I fell in love with it. It was a new scent that I never experienced. Fresh metallic woody airy vibe. It became my favorite in my collection.
Over time I bought other fragrance and kinda forgot about Ganymede. I have 200+ so I always wear something different. I recently wore this and forgot how amazing this is. I wouldn’t say it’s mass appealing but people will think you smell good. I wore it the other day and got 3 compliments. This is in my top 10 favorite. Try it. Not blind buy safe but worth the risk."
Fragrantica - "Its an unique smell but i dont understand the hate for it. I mostly get a nice herbal, citrus, and metallic smell. You can get a hint of woods and musk but its very faint. I can seen it being worn all year, the citrus and herbal smell give it enough freshness to be worn during hotter days. It has good longevity and good projection. I would give it a solid 7.5/10."

You walk into an ultra high-end fashion store on Earth's new luxury civilian space station, chasing a mysterious trail of scent. Once inside you are drawn to a sumptuous bag alone on its pedestal - exquisitely stylish, made from incredibly supple alien leather, the scaled hide somehow burnished to a mirror sheen yet soft as a baby's bottom and immune to your touch. An iridescence plays across its surface. For a moment it looks like the aurora reflecting in icy still waters as your desire grows. You don't even want a bag, you try to tell yourself you're not interested yet you're leaning closer - you have to know. Up close - intense - the texture - eyes close - You sniff the bag.
This one's not actually for me but I am in awe of it. Incredible scent, tenacious as could be. You need to be able to Own this not just wear it and it's a very very high end vibe."
Fragrantica - "After reading all the reviews of how awful Ganymede smells, I feel like I have to put in my experience. I recently bought a 30 ml edp bottle and have worn it 5 times. I have about 75 bottles so I like to rotate. Out of the 5 times I’ve worn it I’ve been complimented 4 times. 2 were complete strangers. One was a salesperson at Bloomingdale that asked what I was wearing. She said she kept walking by me just to smell and that it worked very well with my body chemistry. The other was a lady in the grocery store. You smell nice she said. The two other were women where I work. I noticed one was walking by my office several times and I asked if I could help them. She admitted she was simply enjoying the smell. The last one told me that it was definitely my signature scent.
I have never had such a response from any other fragrance.
My advice is to get a sample and see how it blends with your body chemistry."
