Fragrantica - "this is what i want out of oud. i smell like a mountain but not like "outside". the leather is so lovely and long lastiong, the oud is not subtle but it isnt in your face either. its very "collected" and refined but not too formal or snooty to wear just out about either. the leather here isnt the astringently clean white sports car interior type of leather like in their arabians tonka, its closer to a nice pair of boots scent of leather, or a dark couch worn golden like brass where theyve been most worn on. theres a certain old wood and old book quality that i havent really found adequately represented in perfumes much less with this sillage and projection. a librarian a barber or a lumberjack seems like the type of men this is for, whatever that means. i really like it."
