orange blossom beauty
This is a very pretty fragrance that seems to fit any situation or time of year. Not quite fb worthy for me yet, but after my decant is gone, I'll decide if it's grown into love or not.
Narciso Rodriguez for Her has become an iconic musk/orange blossom perfume. Launched in 2003, created by Christine Nagel and Francis Kurkdjian, it has notes of African orange flower, osmanthus, bergamot, musk, amber, vetiver and patchouli. A soft, musky, sensual fragrance. This is the edt, eau de toilette. It was named the FiFi Award Fragrance of the Year Women's Nouveau Niche 2004 and FiFi Award Fragrance of the Year Women's Nouveau Niche 2007.
Basenotes - "It's very very girly...quite feminine. I find it easy to wear and non offensive. I really can't imagine an occassion that this scent would not work for. It's a beautiful day time scent that can evolve into evening where. It could easily be a signature scent."
Basenotes - "Gauzy abstract white floral with a nice peachy voluptuousness about it and a comforting milky undertow. Has something of the siren lure of Rush without the latter’s pushiness. This is squarely mainstream made in the highly buffed manner of 1970s mixed florals, but when it’s done right, hey it’s the kind of perfume to spray on and head to the nearest convivial social gathering.
Smells soft and welcoming to bystanders. Lots of airy musks involved but deployed well in the service of the floral notes. So smoothly executed, it’s a safe buy for purchasers of designer florals, but it also has the ability to remain interesting to those of more particular tastes provided they approach it with open minds."
Fragrantica - "This is intoxicating!!! I sprayed it on my wrist and I constantly smell it when I move. I just want to bury my nose in it... A smell of a sensual woman, not sexy but sensual if you know what I mean.
For Her is a complex floral, classy, mature, confident...but it has a lot of musk. If your skin or nose is not friends with musk, stay away from it! Otherwise, get it and enjoy it while you can...:)"

This is a great honeyed orange blossom grounded with a little clean musk. It's hard to imagine this offending anyone, but neither does it demand a decant or FB.
