Paco Rabanne 1 Million Parfum was released in 2029, a richer, deeper slightly salted leathery version of the original perennial best-seller. Created by Christophe Raynaud and Quentin Bisch, it has notes of salt, ambergris, Monoi oil, leather, cashmeran, labdanum, pine and tuberose. This is a parfum.
There is a pretty polarizing split in the fragrance community on this. Love it or hate it, you probably won't be indifferent. This is one of the best-selling men's fragrances out there.
Fragrantica - "It's very sweet, and I honestly understand why it might seem cloying to some, but to me it's just such a gorgeous and unique scent. Just don't go overboard with the sprays. P.S. I feel like women could definitely pull it off as well."
Fragrantica - "This is a masterpiece. It's my favorite flanker from the 1 Million line. Smells natural, rich, delicious, and so well blended...This seriously became one of my favorite fragrances. It is so special, not something you would usually smell in perfumery and at the same time it smells delicious like flowery, sun lotion creamy, sweet but not the cheap sweet you find in Eros for example but high quality sweet that makes your mouth salivate kind of sweet."
Fragrantica - "I think this is a great addition to the 1 Million line. It keeps the essence of the 1 Million DNA, but goes off on it's own journey. Whereas almost all of the 1 Million line is very sweet fall/winter fragrances, this brings a fresh, bright take on the DNA that makes it suitable for all seasons. This flanker may not get as much hype or love as Lucky or Elixir, but I think it's earned it's spot in the lineup."
