Parfumerie Generale Collection Croisière (Cruise Collection) - Metal Hurla features notes of musk, leather, metallic (chrome) notes, gasoline and smoky notes. It is an eau de parfum, edp.
Pierre Guillaume has created a novel interpretation of marine fragrances. Collection Croisière (the Cruise Collection) is all about the aquatic note, one of the most difficult and maligned family of notes. It is the exploration of wide-open spaces, untamed wilderness and far-flung landscapes to be explored. It celebrates the sea, faraway islands, jungles, but above all… movement. Metal Hurlant is the second fragrance released from the second set of fragrances in the collection.
In choosing this theme, Pierre Guillaume invites us to reconsider a fragrance family through the prism of independent perfumery. Aquatics turn into orientals, chypres loosen up, and leather, dressed up with chrome, turns into a vehicle of freedom.
Métal Hurlant is the sixth fragrance in the Croisiere Collection (Cruise Collection). It was conceived around a motorcycle trip across the US on legendary Route 66. Métal Hurlant (which means "Howling Metal"), is a mix of musk, leather and gasoline. It's like riding a Harley at full throttle – the smell of chrome, a fresh paint job, steel body and rubber tires blended with gasoline and leather. A scent for all of those who are "Born to be Wild"!
