Although she never said the thing they said she said, we couldn’t resist creating the most decadent vanilla cake in honor of history’s most infamous cake eating queen. Here it is in all its glory, a frothy, frosty Rococo masterpiece of vanilla on vanilla on vanilla. Let them wear cake! Infamous features notes of lucious white cake layered with sticky marshmallow creme and topped with mounds of vanilla frosting. It is a water-based mist.
Reddit: This leans very masculine to me and reminds me of a dark incense , a black leather jacket, and a masculine leaning cologne in general. Then after that impression as the forefront, there's a background of soft sweet fluffy vanilla frosting and a hint of marshmallow. Unfortunately the cake isn't quite apparent as there's no baked good or crumbly cake feeling to this. Thankfully the strange alcohol opening and plastic quality completely disappears in the dry down and overall everything feels softer and sweeter. A few Hours later: Over time this starts to feel like a masculine presence, clad in a leather motorcycle jacket, is delivering you a box of fluffy marshmallow vanilla frosting treats. The sweetness becomes more dominant over time whilst maintaining its soft and airy quality. Even during the later hours of wear this still can't quite shake that masculine leaning note but it overall feels a bit more powdery and lighter with the dry down. Longevity was a handful of hours for me and wore close projection-wise. The darkness to this is also reminiscent of a black fluffy cat that sneakily got into a tub of vanilla frosting, covered head to toe. Maybe it's just my nose but I was fooled by the notes. This is moreso along the lines of something such as Marshmallow Prince by Fyrinnae but that scent discloses a black pepper note. This isn't quite pepper but there's a darkness I can't quite pinpoint.
Reddit: Wet it is sharp with a hint of cake and whipped frosting underneath. But then it turned into THE quintessential masculine Uber sexy scent…like all the base qualities that draw me to a man in a primal way…sweet and funny but a serious badass and potentially dangerous.think like Frank Castle or Wade Wilson, Tony Stark, even like a Patrick Bateman. I’m buying a bucket of this for my husband. So I guess the name fits, because all I can think of is super sexy infamous dudes, real and character when I smell this!
Reddit: this is not what I expended! In the vial, it was almost too gourmand of a vanilla and very buttery. On the skin, it’s surprisingly a grown up vanilla with a SLIGHT hint of powdery spice? In general, my skin tends to turn a lot of things into sweet Smokey/spicy scents so take that with a grain of salt. When worn to bed, it passed the sleep test since I could still smell a bit when waking up this morning. I’ve been on a perfect vanilla perfume journey for the past two months and wouldn’t say this is THE one but it is nice (so far I’m convinced cocoa pink is the right house....I’ve just gotta sample more of their vanillas). I think in terms of seasonality, it leans winter/fall. Wouldn’t full size since I’m still out for that perfect vanilla. 9/10
Reddit: First impression: delicious white cake! Sweet, decadent, and yet not one-dimensional. I predict this will be a favorite after it ages a bit! After applying to skin: the cake scent is still quite obvious, but the marshmallow jumps out into the foreground. Imagine a giant squishy marshmallow cube, like the kind that goes on top of a latte or hot chocolate, but mixed with a bit of spice, musk, and dollops of vanilla. This is a great stand-alone, but can also work as a layering note, it smells versatile! Who would wear this? Anyone who wants to smell like marshmallows, cake, and/or vanilla, without it being overwhelming or cloying. Light and airy - I like it!
