Regime des Fleurs Chloe Sevigny Little Flower was originally launched in 2019 and created by Alia Raza, Ezra Woods and Jerome Epinette and falls in the Floral fragrance group. This fragrance is a joint effort of Regime des Fleurs and film and fashion icon Chloe Sevigny. It is inspired by her love for roses. Notes of this fragrance are, Turkish rose, pomelo, black currant, peony, black tea, honeysuckle, palo santo, lamprocapnos and incense.
From the brand's founder and perfumer - "Little Flower is Régime des Fleurs’ provocative take on Sevigny’s favorite bloom—the rose. Dewy, romantic and fleshy, with a woody musk finish," explains the brand on their website. The composition brings notes of black tea, bleeding heart (Lamprocapnos spectabilis), blackcurrant bud, peony, palo santo incense, pomelo, honeysuckle, and a precious Ottoman rose absolute."
Fragrantica - "Love this dewy rose, perfect for the spring and summer! Love the balance between the blackcurrant, rose, palo santo and tea. It is so refreshing. A vivid, delicate floral that feels alive, tender, and luminous."
Fragrantica - "I adore this fragrance. I am not typically a rose lover however this fragrance is stunning. It reminds me of rose petals floating in champagne."
Fragrantica - "This is a very pretty fresh, green rose fragrance. The pomelo and black tea notes keep this from being just like any other rose fragrance. It’s like smelling an entire wedding bouquet, with pink roses, peonies and honeysuckle (although I’m not sure I’ve ever seen that in a wedding bouquet). I smell the leaves and stem of the black currant, not so much the fruit. It’s lovely. "
Fragrantica - "This little flower floats as petals like a sunlit whisper through a chic city morning. It opens with a vibrant burst of pomelo, a juicy, zesty brightness that cuts through the air like fresh water on warm skin, not sharp or overly bright but just... blissful. And then immediately unfolds into a photorealistic heirloom rose that doesn’t just promise bloom but delivers every petal, every tender stem in meticulous detail. High-quality rose absolutes!. A crisp note of pomelo rind mingles with the waxy, aromatic skin of currant, adding this edge of green fruitiness that balances the floral luminosity.
Following, a dry, warm black tea strides in, its tannic dryness lending sophistication and grounding the gourmand sweetness. I loved how it played against the effervescent citrus, like the delicate clash of modernity and tradition. And here’s a delightful twist: peony—which I typically find one-note and bland—has been rendered into a subtle veil that perfectly tempers the otherwise bold black currant, softening the composition into something both ultra chic and so delicately layered.
While I'm reminded of Diptyque’s Eau Rose, our contender here is definitely zestier and more complex, bursting with a playful, almost diminutive femininity that’s true to its name, “Little Flower.” Not bitter like L’Ombre Dans Leau; rather, it exudes an urban grace that feels both luxurious and understated. It's as if a silk scarf had gently brushed against a sunlit courtyard. A superb airy, golden finish, and a fragrance that captures the ephemeral beauty of a blossom in full, joyful bloom, yet remains grounded in chic modernity. Truly, Little Flower is that secret rendezvous between elegance and whimsy."
Fragrantica - "I've finally found my wedding perfume! This is BEGGING to be worn by a bride!"
