Gucci No. 1 is a classic fragrance created by Guy Robert. A floral aldehyde, No. 1 is a deep, warm, earthy and woody fragrance that Barbara Herman of Yesterday's Perfumes website and Scent & Subversion calls "a smoldering spiced rose, heliotrope with green mango." Top notes of aldehydes, bergamot, lemon, geranium, hyacinth, green notes and rose wood; middle notes of carnation, heliotrope, jasmine, lily-of-the-valley, rose, neroli, ylang-ylang, lilac, orchid and iris; and base notes of patchouli, amber, oakmoss, benzoin, cedar, musk, sandalwood, vetiver, vanilla and tonka bean. This is the original eau de parfum version of the fragrance.
