Houbigant Raffinee is an oriental floral fragrance that was launched in 1982. It is a romantic fragrance with an absolutely beautiful dry down. Raffinee is a complex fragrance that starts out with a spicy carnation note that goes into light florals, incense and vanilla and ends on a cinnamon, amber, vanilla, woody note. Raffinee won a FiFi Award in 1983 for Women's Fragrance of the Year - Luxe.
When Dana purchased Houbigant, Raffinee was reformulated.

I have always loved Houbigant Raffinee, but had not been able to find the original online. Until I learned about the Surrender to Chance website. I have ordered several memory fragrances from Surrender to Chance, and have not been disappointed. I am absolutely in love with my tiny sample bottle of Houbigant Raffinee from Surrender to Chance.
I owned a bottle of Raffinee back in the late 80's or early 90's; and after that bottle was empty, I could no longer find Raffinee. But I thought about it throughout the years, aching to be able to smell it (and wear it) again. I am very happy that I found it on the Surrender to Chance web site. This is a perfume my mom used to wear, that was discontinued. My mom passed away 5 years ago, and I thought it would be nice this Christmas to give each of my siblings a little sample to remember her by. Thank you for such quick service and for carrying a sample of something that is discontinued. Just smelling it brings back lovely memories of my mom.
