Laura Ashley no 1
this is the real deal as it truly does smell like the original version. I have several bottles of the vintage version and this is an exact match..this made this child of the 80's very happy..customer for life!!!!:)
Laura Ashley No. 1 is a classic perfume from the 1980s. It was re-released in 2012, this is the original version. It has notes of peach, bergamot, orange blossom, gardenia, galbanum, narcissus, rose, jasmine, orchid, love, carnation, cinnamon, basil, sandalwood, musk, vanilla, cyclamen and oakmoss. The No. 1 bottles can be hit or miss on how well they have aged. This one has held up really well.
Laura Ashley No. 1 can still be purchased as a reformulated fragrance.
This is the original concentrated cologne.
Fragrantica - "Sophisticted and sparkling ..... No. 1, the ORIGINAL juice. Trust me, the original is in a similar vain to Lubin's Eau Neuve, which was also doing the rounds in any discerning drug store in Paris at that time. A sophisticated lemon scent with a gorgeous soft sexy base that lasted. If you didn't know it was Laura Ashley you'd swear it was a Jean Claude Elena scent, it's THAT good."
Fragrantica - "Walking in a garden filled with flowers in spring. That is the impression you get if you smell this. One of the best flower fragrances I've ever smelled, it smells like fresh flowers. Very pure and soft perfume without the sometimes overwhelming aquatic scent. Fits everyone who likes flowers."
