This is a brand new boxed 2 oz. atomizer bottle of Yardley Sea Mist Cologne Spray. From what I can dig out, it appears that both Sea Mist and Sea Spray were variants (believe in name only) of Sea Jade. I could find advertising in magazines for Sea Spray for 1972 to 1976. This is a pressurized bottle which means that it is pressurized with propellant gas (using the old school mechanism that was outlawed because of the ozone layers). They have no air so they usually preserve the scent better than regular spray.
Sea Jade was introduced in 1960 and was classified as a green floral chypre fragrance for women. It features top notes of peach, bergamot and galbanum; middle notes of rose, jasmine, ylang-ylang and orris; and base notes of musk, amber, vetiver, patchouli, sandalwood and oakmoss.
The box reads: ...the intense lingering scent that evokes the rush of surf against the changeless shores...the brush of fresh, moist air against your face. Spray on lavishly to fill every moment of your life with the fresh scent of the ocean breeze that stays with you as you walk, you move, you live.
PLEASE NOTE THAT FULL BOTTLES CANNOT BE SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY DUE TO THE WEIGHT.
