Description

SNIF Vanilla Vice was released in 2024. A unisex gourmand created by Patricia Choux with notes of ice cream, Madagascar vanilla, amberwood, musk, orcanox, sugar and jasmine. From the perfumer, Patricia Choux - "one of my personal vices, vanilla, carries a world of inspiration for me. i wanted to start from this darker vanilla space and juxtapose it with the decadence of vanilla ice cream to create the ultimate sinful delight." 

SNIF uses high quality ingredients that are nontoxic, clean, vegan, cruelty-free, made without parabens, phthalates, preservatives and synthetic dyes.

SNIF reviews  - "This is exactly the vanilla I was hoping for! Think sophisticated vanilla soft serve served up in a waffle cone. :) It's not overly sweet (which I was a little nervous about). I'm glad that I took a chance on it and absolutely keeping it when my trial ends! This is a scent that I intend on wearing....a lot!"

SNIF review - "Some people get the ice cream angle. Me? I get the best "transitional" vanilla. The vanilla that will take me right through March yearning for that vanilla ice cream. It's tart and metallic at the top (and I like metallic) and then like the soft serve comes down to a woody, comforting vanilla. It will work in at least 3 seasons and it had projection and sillage."

    Vanilla Vice is marketed as a vanilla ice cream scent, but to my nose it doesn’t feel gourmand at all. Instead, it’s a mature vanilla fragrance with pronounced peppery and spicy facets. It evokes the cool older sister who always has the best songs on her playlist. It leans gender-neutral while retaining a subtle feminine edge. If you’re looking for a creamy, dessert-style vanilla, this isn’t the one. But if you prefer a musky, spicy vanilla, you’ll want to reach for this. It layers beautifully with Unmute by Noyz, since the heavy plum note in Unmute softens Vanilla Vice’s peppery kick. The scent is potent and long-lasting on skin without lingering overwhelmingly in a room after you’ve left. I’m definitely adding this to my collection and expect to reach for it often.
