SNIF Vanilla Vice was released in 2024. A unisex gourmand created by Patricia Choux with notes of ice cream, Madagascar vanilla, amberwood, musk, orcanox, sugar and jasmine. From the perfumer, Patricia Choux - "one of my personal vices, vanilla, carries a world of inspiration for me. i wanted to start from this darker vanilla space and juxtapose it with the decadence of vanilla ice cream to create the ultimate sinful delight."

SNIF reviews - "This is exactly the vanilla I was hoping for! Think sophisticated vanilla soft serve served up in a waffle cone. :) It's not overly sweet (which I was a little nervous about). SNIF review - "Some people get the ice cream angle. Me? I get the best "transitional" vanilla. The vanilla that will take me right through March yearning for that vanilla ice cream. It's tart and metallic at the top (and I like metallic) and then like the soft serve comes down to a woody, comforting vanilla. It will work in at least 3 seasons and it had projection and sillage."
