Mochi is a soft and chewy dessert from Japan made from mochigome, a short-grain glutinous rice. The rice is steamed, then pounded into a sticky paste. It's often enjoyed during festivals and can contain a variety of fillings. This scent is inspired by mochi stuffed with creamy strawberry ice cream. Unlike a traditional Ichigo mochi, this scent has a sweeter, less acidic, artifical strawberry taste. It features top notes of sweet raspberry and whipped cream; middle notes of juicy strawberry and steamed rice; and base notes of vanilla sugar and Cashmeran.
