Description

Aromatic herbs belong to the Fougere olfactory family and fall within three main groups - lavender notes, mint notes and aniseed notes. This sampler will cover a variety of herb notes; this is a must for an herbaceous perfume lover.

You will receive a 1/2ml sample (1ml sample vial filled half full) of each of the fragrances in this sampler.

  1. Andromeda's Curse Solanum Perfume Oil - An herbal green fragrance with notes of wild mint, fuzzy tomato leaves, blackberries, galbanum, oakmoss and sun-baked wilderness.
  2. Arcana Craves Saturday Morning Perfume Oil - Fresh green herbs from the farm stand, cotton candy and a full tank of gasoline for road trips.
  3. Beacon Mercantile Basil & Tomato Leaf EDP - Green herbs pushing through rich brown earth. Mineral tang. Edible nature at her finest. With notes of holy basil, tomato leaf and sage.
  4. CB I Hate Perfume #303 In the Summer Kitchen Water Perfume – From their website: Fresh garden vegetables and herbs on a clear summer evening with a touch of smoked old wooden rafters. My house in the country was tiny. It was originally built as the summer kitchen on my family's farm. Even after a good deal of renovation and sandblasting, the woodwork and rafters still smelled faintly of two centuries of cooking. I found this comforting. I used to, on summer evenings, lie quietly on a sofa in the summer kitchen beside the open window watching the fireflies light across a field of alfalfa. It was totally peaceful and I was perfectly happy. A gentle breeze blew across my face carrying the scent of the vegetables and herbs growing just beneath the window. The scent was fresh and green and wonderful.
  5. Calyx Strawberry Splendor Perfume Oil - Fresh juicy strawberries, rich vanilla buttercream frosting and hints of cake and cream. Mindfully handcrafted from all natural ingredients, like a delicious gourmet dessert. A sweet, fruity, gourmand and summery fragrance.
  6. Frankly Try This Mandrake Gardens Perfume Oil - A patch of sleeping mandrakes tucked into the dirt patch. With notes of strong garden herbs of mint, dill and basil, cucumbers, celery and chili peppers growing nearby, and a faint waft of an apple tree, earthy elements and patchouli.
  7. Fyrinnae Gardens of Herculaneum Perfume Oil - Blooming herbs in the gardens including basil and helichrysum, an early summer breeze carrying the scent of evergreens and a touch of soil, all softened by a hint of roses. Very heavy on basil. All fragrance components in this blend are natural botanicals.
  8. Haus of Gloi Herb Garden Perfume Oil - Sun-warmed tomato leaves, rosemary, parsley and mint.
  9. Le Monde Gourmand Tomate Bebe EDP - Lush, savory, and a little unexpected—Tomate Bébé transforms flavor into feeling. A nod to the iconic atmosphere of Jon & Vinny’s and the vibrant energy of an Italian summer, this limited-edition scent captures the moment when the seasons at its peak. It opens with a bright rush of lemon verbena before unfolding into the unmistakable heart of tomato leaf and garden basil. It settles into green bell pepper at the base, rounding out the botanical blend. It features top notes of juniper berries, fennel, bergamot and lemon verbena; middle notes of garden basil, tomato leaf and rum SFE; and base notes of green bell pepper, Ambrox, guaiacwood, coumarin and caramel.
  10. Lizabe The Gardens at Greymarrow Perfume Oil - A scent of overgrowth and quiet reclamation. Green vines left untrimmed. Lemon trees heavy with fruit no one gathered. The soft crush of moss beneath bare feet at dusk. This is the garden Elowen claimed after the gate closed and the body was taken. The air is heady with warm tomato leaf and the pale sweetness of jasmine in bloom. Basil spreads through the stonework. The Queen of the Night opens slowly in the silence. It is not mourning. It is possession. The estate is hers now. And she will let it grow. With notes of tomato leaf, jasmine, lemon, basil, moss, Queen of the Night and patchouli.
  11. Lunar Life Apothecary Ruins of a Garden Perfume Oil - Step into a world where pumpkins grow wild amidst tangled herbs and fallen leaves, and the air is filled with the faint sweetness of anise hyssop and the earthy aroma of damp soil. This scent evokes the quiet magic of a place untouched by time—where the vibrant life of the past lingers in the shadows of overgrown paths and crumbling walls. With top notes of pumpkin flesh and anise hyssop; middle notes of dried herbs and Autumn leaves; and base notes of moss and damp earth.
  12. Morari Herb Garden Perfume Oil - Just like being out in an herb garden on a hot summer day. The cedarwood, fern, and rain create the perfect earthy base, and the smorgasbord of herbs intermingle beautifully. Please note, this is not a “pretty smelling” take on a garden; it smells like the real deal. With notes of basil, sage, rosemary, tomato leaf, thyme, honeysuckle, fern, rain and cedarwood.
  13. NOMR Honpot EDP - Steam rises from an earthen pot. The air fills with herbs and spices - chili, galangal, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaf and cilantro - mingling with warmth and smoke to create an aroma of comfort that follows no fixed recipe. Around the pot, laughter gathers. Conversation blends with rising heat, and time slows into something shared and alive. Honpot reimagines Thai herbs through a Western fougère structure, where two worlds meet without overpowering one another—merging naturally, rhythmically and with quiet confidence. This is a fougère without lavender or bergamot. Instead, galangal, lemongrass and kaffir lime leaf shape a new interpretation of warmth—less about nostalgia, more about living roots and evolving culture. Honpot is a scent of connection: between people, between memory and movement, between tradition and what comes next. With top notes of cilantro, lemongrass, Kaffir lime leaf and lime; middle notes of galangal, sweet basil and green chili; and base notes of patchouli, labdanum, oakmoss, musk and vetiver. Honpot is an eau de parfum, edp.
  14. Pearfat Kewpie Doll EDP – This is a scent about family - about being an Italian American woman. The idea of the fragrance came from the perfumer's scent memories of relaxing on the back porch of her grandmother’s house while she made way too much food - her tomato plants, the flowers and the warm wood to stretch out on for a summer nap. The name of the fragrance is a nod to the future of the perfumer's family - her adorable niece Wren, with cheeks like a kewpie. It is a crisp green floral that smells like rosy cheeks, Nana's back porch, sun-streaked tomato plants and a new doll. It features notes of sweet basil, vinyl, Calabrian bergamot, summer blooms and tomato leaf.
  15. Possets The Dead Garden Perfume Oil - Summer is over and the overabundant tomatoes have started to sit in suspended animation. A walk in the garden's detritus is a confirmation that the heat is over and the sky has turned to a watery blue. The melons and herbs are edged with frost in the mornings. Tomatoes which were basking in the intense sun just weeks ago are covered with frost crystals, melons are half eaten by the deer but void of ants, the stems and leaves are browning yellow with just a tinge of green where robust green was. There is a beautiful smell when all these dying abundances are fading.
  16. Solstice Scents Wilcox's Perfume Oil - Dr. Wilcox's Apothecary is housed in an old cottage within the town of Foxcroft. She has a cottage garden full of fresh grown herbs that she processes into various tinctures and tisanes. Wilcox's is a very herbal blend featuring dry woods, fresh sage, rosemary, lavender, chamomile, dry woody spice (think fresh grated nutmeg but very woody), mugwort, sweet annie, hay, holy basil and more. It contains a variety of woods including cypress and cedar. It opens with a blast of woods and fresh rubbed herbs from running your hands in the cottage garden. After a few minutes, the warm, cozy interior of the apothecary begins to emerge focusing on the wood walls, floors, polished counters and cabinets and evolving the dry herbs and spices aspect of the scent. There is a soft natural sweetness to the blend as well, which helps round out the herbs to keep them from reading too sharp. The spice aspect is very light; it is primarily a warm woody herbal fragrance. With notes of dry woods, fresh herbs, dried herbs, warm woody spices, sweet annie, sage and rosewood.
  17. Stereoplasm Gone Gnome Perfume Oil - Cilantro and key lime rooted in garden fresh basil, English cucumber and melon blossom.
  18. Sucreabeille Pisces EDP - A true water sign down to its representative symbol, a lovely little fish. With notes of fresh rain falling on a garden full of coriander, thyme, galbanum and cardamom.
  19. Teddy the Perfumer Summer in Love EDP – From their website: This is the smell of home in the summer. When the season turns warm, my wife makes a special a caprese salad with a twist - it uses ripe farmers’ market peaches and fresh blooming basil. I can always tell when she’s making it because of the incredible sweet and aromatic smell that wafts out of the kitchen. I recreated that smell with Summer in Love so everyone can share in this experience. It is a photorealistic tomato leaf and basil with fuzzy peach - a warm summer day in a lush garden. Summer in Love features notes of tomato leaf, peach, basil, lily of the valley and sandalwood.
  20. The Chequered Lily Unicorn Among Tomato Vines Perfume Oil - There is nothing so summery as a tomato garden and this unisex fragrance captures the feeling of tending those vines and harvesting a basketful of ripe tomatoes. With notes of tomato leaf and vine, green and pink peppercorns, Thai basil, Mexican oregano, marjoram, cilantro and a touch of lemon zest. This fragrance has a touch of a shimmer to it which is the little bit of color floating through it.
  21. Three Ravens Co. Conservatory Perfume Oil - Layered botanicals with fresh greens and herbs. A lush blend of rosemary, basil, sage, tomato leaf and eucalyptus.
  22. Versatile Paris Rital Date Extrait de Parfum - How could pesto and pistachio ice cream possibly work together in a personal fragrance? In this case, beautifully and cohesively. Spicy, savory and totally unisex. An aromatic scent that is fresh and zesty with notes of pesto, limoncello and pistachio. A duality between aromatic freshness and a sparkling but delicious citrus. Launched in 2022 and created by Amelie Bourgeois, Camille Chemardin and Elia Chiche, it features top notes of pesto, bergamot, oregano, bitter orange, olive, blood mandarin, fennel, ginger and grapefruit blossom; middle notes of basil, rosemary, ice cream, cypress, pistachio, black pepper, paprika, pink pepper, aldehydes and immortelle; and base notes of balsam fir, vetiver, sesame, guaiacwood, sandalwood, cedar, amber, litsea cubeba, musk, coumarin, Ambroxan, heliotrope and Timbersilk™.
