Description

Toskovat Anarchist A- was released in 2022. Created by David-Lev Jipa-Slivinschi, another "experience" fragrance that seems more likely to be pretty wearable for some, but certainly not all!  It has notes of credit cards, snow, whiskey, money, candle wax, ink, plastic bag, priest's clothes, holy water, precious woods and olibanum sacra resin green.

From the brand -

"Today I remembered hypocrisy.

They sell us love, faith, forgiveness, blessings, distraction, dreams. They sell anything if we are ready to buy It up.

If it is hard to tell who ‘’they’’ are, it could be because of us… All we ever wanted was everything.

White-collared promises that children follow, a better tomorrow. Only if you work for it

for every tomorrow.

And me, waiting in the cold, snow on my face, rye in my pocket, hoping for answers for a different age.

Society remains dying. And we have killed it. How shall we comfort ourselves, the murderers of all murderers?"

Toskovat Anarchist A- Reviews

Fragrantica - " old dusty clothing up in a wardrobe but specifically the wool cloth it there’s a warm element to it a slight cozy nature but fundamentally it’s dusty and old it makes me think of a deceased estate and how that may smell which kind of ties into the church imagery"

Fragrantica - "on paper this is screechy and honestly just not a pleasant smell, but on skin this becomes a very sweet whiskey smell with slight inky undertones. not sugary sweet, though, more latex sweet if that makes sense. I think this is more wearable than the notes suggest, though this is obviously not going to be for everyone and could very well be headache inducing to many"

Fragrantica - "The scent is very very heavy on fresh rubber and industrial-esque plastic notes, that clear kinda plastic they make those see through backpacks with. It's oppressive, overbearing, a pure assault on the nose, but there's something about it that made me keep wanting to smell it. It's like walking into a tire store and being hit in the face with the scent of tires and plastic. The whiskey is only there for a few moments after spraying, and then it's pretty much purely acrid rubber and plastic for the following few hours, maybe with somewhat of a woody undertone to it. The money aspect can be somewhat picked out if you smell hard enough, but it is a largely unpleasurable. It's nice when it becomes a skin scent, though. Thats when those base notes start to shine through."

Fragrantica - "Brazen alcoholic opening, woody dry-down tempered by ink and plastic. This scent is not unisex, it's a nasty sweaty man fumbling with his wallet. Wearing it feels like the serenity after admitting the worst thing you ever did. Cold-weather mainstay for me."

Fragrantica - "smells EXACTLY like inexcusable as it opens. cleaning supplies, lightness, and an oily antiseptic smell i get from both. if you dont like one you probably wont like the other. as this one dries, it takes a far different direction from the hospital-corpse-like rigid sweetness people often describe inexcusable with to form a lighter and more airy scent. the whiskey here is accented by a frigidity, almost as if overloaded with ice.
