Toskovat Inexcusable Evil was released in 2022. Created by David-Lev Jipa-Slivinschi, it has notes of gunpowder, ozonic notes, blood, iodine, flowers, Copaiba balm, Cypriol, nagarmotha, guaiac wood, concrete, incense, rain and sandalwood. WARNING - reviews have this all over the place on wearability. I think it falls into the "experience" part of fragrance world, like Eau de Space and Eau de Lune and others.  So interesting to smell, but probably not very wearable. So do NOT expect this to be your new Holy Grail of perfumery.  I have smelled much, much worse.  There was a fragrance called Humanity as an offshoot of the Perfume movie, and that had my postman holding the envelope it was in out away from himself when he brought the package to my door.

From the brand -

"Today I remembered destruction. The pain of life often makes me forget the more disgusting pain of having it taken.

Fallen buildings on the news, crying babies, burnt flowers.

Memories lost, tears drowned, coffees never shared…

At least I have iodine on my wounds and crutches left to use, but what about those that don’t?
The next war will decide not what is right, but what is left.

Hate all governments & love all people."

Toskovat Inexcusable Evil Reviews

Fragrantica - "what did i just smell…? this is really the only way i can describe this fragrance: the top notes smell like a hospital bed, then it’s just straight blood after that. it made me gag and ignited a primal fear in me. i love how toskovat illustrates a story through smell, and for inexcusable evil, it certainly did. in the shop i tested it in, the shop keeper warned me before swatching and assured me that there’s a reason they keep it behind the counter. she told me to only do half spray and to only swatch on paper in case i hated it. so of course, i sprayed it a few times on my wrist, and i REALLY regretted it. if you get the chance, try it out, mostly just for the experience because it is definitely interesting. but it smells more and more like blood, and more sickening and anxiety-provoking as time goes on."

Fragrantica - "So... its really not as evil as people say, smells like a smoky concrete, definetly sad.. more then evil, not as unwearable as people say.. as it drys down it becomes less smoky and more like flowey and kinda like an orange, i could see this as wearable but really not in close qauters, you would have to be moving and not close to eachother, reminds me of a burning building.one thats been burnt and destroyed, This is artistic."

Fragrantica - "Upon first spray; bug repellent, moving into solvent cleaner, something used in a medical setting. Then begins the hot and cold waves of metal, burning, rusted, then the latex bandages and blood. This is not your chicken slaughterhouse, (the only blood I have an olfactory reference for) that would be too earthy, this is a sterile blood, one in a hospital room that has just been cleaned. Its final form comes an hour in; Wet dog. That distinct smell of rain after a fire, salty, iron. The niche perfume world is branching into radical new territory."

Fragrantica - "I would never come near this again in my entire life. The most disgusting thing ive ever smelt It literally smells like blood You wouldn't like it unless you're jeffrey dahmer or a vampire."

Fragrantica - "Beyond brilliant. I am slightly bias as Anarchist A- is my signature fragrance but Inexcusable Evil is beautifully horrific. The first few times I wore it, I got a striking resemblance to anarchist— after more wears the differences are striking. The opening is smokey, metallic and spicy; overtime drying down into one of the best blood notes I’ve ever smelled. With wear, it smells like a a peeled back bloody bandage with an enticing floral edge. I don’t find it vile in any capacity but it is off-putting. Wearable, but you will feel like you did something wrong."

Fragrantica - "I really like fucked up things in general and stuff that ain't that well "loved" just because the thrill of being different; and this is. Different. The smell remind me of an abandoned hospital which was freshly burglarized(or idk whats the word for something being destroyed and griefed). LOTS of iodine like a fucktard amount of it, and aftert that it's some sort of peak sadness. Like you feel sadness by smelling this frag. Really special brew, and I fucking like it. 10/10, not recommend blind buy a big bottle, and its PRICY and rarely available."
