Macaron Rose is a beautiful fragrance that features delicate notes of rose, Turkish Delight (a family of confections made made largely of chopped dates, pistachios, hazelnuts or walnuts bound by a gel of starch and sugar and flavored with rosewater, mastic gum, bergamot orange or lemon) and sugar cane. It is an eau de parfum, edp.

Fragrantica: I've been looking for a rose fragrance that doesn't smell dated or metallic on me. This is definitely it. I find this rose super soft and not offensive at all. Probably my favorite from the Le Monde Gourmand brand that I've tried. Such a pretty floral with the perfect amount of sweetness. My main problem is that it's not very strong.
Fragrantica: Rose water. This smells like red rose petals and the stems in a vase of cool water. Floral, green, and watery. I don't get sugar cane or sweet notes. A simple rose water scent.
Fragrantica: The rose is a soft rose but leans a little sharp, can even be almost headache inducing if over-sprayed. It's sweet in the the opening but it quickly goes away. smells more sophisticated and mature than I expected, especially for Urban Outfitters. Oh, and this lasts! Sprayed it on the back of my hand, then washed my hands with a lot of soap and the scent was still there!
Fragrantica: The “Macaron” part of this fragrance is entirely lost on me. It’s gorgeous, don’t get me wrong, but there’s no gourmand or fluffy elements to this. It’s a linear rose fragrance. Clean, fresh, even soapy at times. It’s got some beautiful green notes to it, even though they’re not listed. If you’re a rose lover this one is a safe buy but don’t expect any sweet dessert-like elements here.
