Description

Versace Eros was launched in 2012. Created by Aurelien Guichard, it continues to be a popular masculine fragrance. Notes of mint, green apple, lemon, tonka bean, ambroxan, geranium, madagascar vanilla, cedar, vetiver and oakmoss. This is an edt, eau de toilette. From the brand - "Eros inspired by and deeply connected with Greek mythology. The aim of this edition is to reveal and release unrestrained passion and to accentuate desire. The fragrance was named after Greek god of love and son of goddess Aphrodite – Eros. Inspiration by ancient Greece has lasted since the time when Gianni Versace raised his fashion empire and took goddess Medusa as symbol of the brand to adorn numerous products of the house, among them also the new flacon of men's fragrance Eros."

Versace Eros Reviews

Fragrantica - "Gave it a few whiffs and was pretty blown away by the scent. Very beautiful scent profile top to bottom, and nothing cloying about it even though the scent is very loud. If you wear this fragrance and walk outside in public, you're going to get noticed 100%, even with just a minimal amount of sprays. I have a newfound love for Eros, I believe it is a masterpiece and I regret not wearing this more often when I was younger."

Fragrantica - "Opening is sweet, fruity, and green. The primary notes I get are green apple, mint, tonka bean, and vanilla. The strongest of the notes are the green apple and mint. The green apple note is tart and fruity, albeit somewhat synthetic. I would say it's closer to green apple flavoring than natural green apple. The mint is green, icy, and contrasts nicely to the fruity apple note. This is followed by the vanilla and tonka bean. Both notes are lending the usual sweetness, with the vanilla adding a bit of creaminess and the tonka adding a bit of powderiness. The dry down is sweet, woody, and powdery. The primary notes I get are vanilla, tonka bean, ambroxan, and cedar. The strongest of the notes are the vanilla and ambroxan. The vanilla carries the same scent profile from the opening, just more noticeable. The ambroxan adds to the sweetness with an ambery quality while also bringing in a distinct woodiness. This is followed by the tonka bean and cedar. The tonka bean adds more to the sweetness while also offering its signature powderiness. The cedar adds a masculine touch that helps to compliment the ambroxan and boosts the woodiness of the scent."

Fragrantica - "In the vast landscape of perfumery, Versace Eros is not just a fragrance; it is a testament to the timeless allure of the human spirit. It stands as a modern classic, a beacon of passion that captivates and transcends time. Whether worn as a signature scent or an aromatic companion for special moments, Eros offers a luxurious odyssey through the realms of sensuality, passion, and unforgettable allure. It is an aromatic masterpiece that continues to make a bold and enduring statement, leaving an unforgettable trail of desire in its wake. Versace Eros - where fragrance becomes an everlasting expression of the heart's deepest desires.
